中国語スピーチコンテスト長野県大会
先日、県日中友好協会主催の中国語スピーチコンテストがありました。
そこで、一位という賞をいただくことができました。
練習不足も否めない状況で、大目に見ていただけたようで、本当に感謝です。
翌日の新聞にも取り上げていただけました。
「新聞見たよー」ってメールもたくさんの方からいただきまして、ありがとうございました。
これからも地道にがんばります！！
我会努力的～！！

Maybe you know it!
SUKIYAKI
We have this on some special occasions like New year's day, someone's birthday or when the families get togeher.
Simmered with sweet soy sauce, we enjoy Tofu, sliced beef, mashrooms,vegetables and shirataki( konnyaku-noodles).
They are dipped into raw beaten egg and eaten.
Many people love Sukiyaki ! Some add Udon(Japanse noodle) for the latter enjoyment.

Good morning
Japanese morning starts with this!

we put some kinds of Gu (ingredients) in the soup.

some add sugar, some do salt.
it differs from home to home.
That is because it is sometimes called 'katei no aji'
we often eat this in the morning with rice or bread.
Or many people put it in their lunch box as well.
