ちらし寿司【ひな祭り】
ひな祭りの代表的な料理、ちらし寿司を作りました。
はまぐりのみそ汁の代わりにあさりのみそ汁。
他には煮物と天ぷらです。
どれも家庭で簡単に作れる程度にですが、ちょっと豪華になりますね。
うちは息子ですが、友達の娘ちゃんも一緒にお祝い。
すくすくと育ちますように。
I cooked Chirashi-zushi (vinegared rise topped with fish,vegetables,egg,and various other ingredients).
This is the main dish for Hinamatsuri(Japanese girl's festival).
The soup is miso soup of short-neck clam instead of clam's.
The other dish are Nimono(vegetables boiled and seasoned) and Tempra.
May our children to grow up healthily!
我做什锦寿司饭，这是日本三月三日桃花节的主要菜。
别菜是煮的菜，天妇罗和蛤仔的酱汤。都是日本家庭料理。
这次为了我中国朋友我做的。她和她女儿都喜欢吃！
在日本这天我们祝愿孩子们长得健康！
